If you need a different size or style, contact us first. Exchanges depend on availability because pieces are produced in small quantities.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and coordinate a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
